If you shoot a rocket, you have a pretty good idea at where its going to land, thus anyone in the area of where it will land stands a good chance at dying. Unless you know where each and every person in the vicinity is and who they are then you are shooting "random" people. Show me ONE piece of evidence to suggest every israeli attack only injured those they were targetting who were guilty.. You cant because you and i both know innocent people "random" have died on both sides.
