Considering Prague is not one of the most developed cities in the world and their biggest income comes from tourism, it is damn EXPENSIVE...

Here something like that (NEW), in the city centre and with all services costs like 50-60K

classic style will never date, while modern goes in and out .. in older rich neighborhoods in most US cities everyone is tearing down old houses and building classical revival architecture.. french manor, italian villa, english tudor, etc.

in my opinion they are following the fashion trend they see on TV, wich means they have no style and no personality to choice their home's style and architecture.

When all the MASS do the same they are probably following a trend, becaue they want to be accepted in the "BE COOL" club.
