No I mean I saw it a couple years ago. It used to be where you couldn't see the rebill settings. CCbill changed some shit and thats when people first discovered it

That the sigs on GFY are the hottest item on the net for adult webmasters - but I agree, I do not see what their sig has to do with the trueness or even the accuracy of the proof offered for 5 sponsors cheating.

The statement itself is not confusing, it's the proof that is offered in support of the claim.

It was when CCBill first added the ability for affiliates to see the settings of the program(s) they were promoting. During a convention as coincidence has it in fact.

Yeah 99 sounds like a good number and true most credit cards don't even last that long, but when they say "Earn 60% on each sale and rebill... forever." It's more or less the principle of the matter.
