I'm going to Bump the Fucking shit out of this thread until I get my account.
I'm sick and tired of being verified.
And I may even just get someone to drive traffic to this specific thread.

I'm not going away and I'm going to start a search for other webmaster forums and post my story.

Just give me my account and I'll shut up.

didn't you just say you didn't want to sound like a raggin bitch???? LOL

you're nothing BUT

exactly

If epassporte suxs so much just leave it alone and fuck off - easy really.

But we saw her posts - she wants one so badly shes going to 'drive traffic' to this thread - HILARIOUS. Hates epassorte and thinks its an unorganised piece of crap but is going to throw a tantrum until she gets her shitty epass account.

jjjay 01-10-2006 05:02 PM

is moneybookers a viable alternative?

Simply put it now comes down to two things. 1) Principal of the matter and 2) No alternatives.

My husband and I have invested a lot of time and energy in getting this account. Now I want it simply because I want it. Hey, I'm a red head.

It also doesn't help that I'm quickly finding out there is really no one else I can go to.

We had stormpay for a bit and their fees were disgustingly high. But that's not the reason we won't use them. We have a lawsuit against them. However, thats a different issue and not related to this
****
Oh and Blue Quartz thanks for bumping my thread as many times as you have. Most appreciated!

Update...

I'm in phone conversatoins with Epassporte.
Spoke to the girl in California.
Spoker to the girl in Toronto. (One of the supervisors I'm told)

Some website glitches.
That after serveral tries... Reboots, cache clearing, etc. The glitches suddenly decided to vanish.

Finally managed to complete the sign up process and was given origional error.
My American card is declined because I am not presently in the United States.
Go through verification again.

BUT....

Now EVERYONE appears to be aware of the problem.
Keysor has told me there is a meeting later and the issue will be discussed.

Believe it or not.
At this point I am actually confident that this will be cleared up. Everyone has been helpful and professional.

Sometimes you just got to kick a little.

leggs 01-14-2006 12:20 AM

OK,

I have an epassporte account! Finally!!

So I'm going to sum up our experience with the Good, Bad and Ugly aspects and events!

The Good:
Keysor, Processing Princess, Lynda and Sean.

These people are professional and genuinely want to solve any problem that comes along. They are working hard and willing to go that extra mile. When you have a problem, I recommend talking to one of them.

Sean literally sat, with my husband, on the phone for over 2 hours and trouble shot the problem in a step by step fashion. Although I had several people ask me if I felt safe trusting my money with a company that was causing me this much grief. When you deal with someone that will devote that much time to fixing your concerns. You can't help but feel safe.

Let me just make it clear and explicit...
Because I did deal with professionals. I trust them and look forward to doing business with them in the future. I'm now a Happy Camper!!

The Bad:
The problem occured for us when we tried to sign up with our credit card. We live in europe but our bank accounts are over 9,000 miles away. Our cards would be declined due to location and security procedures.

I can only assume that this is not a common occurance as the average employee wasn't certain what the problem was or how to fix it. When something like this occurs with Epassporte I think the only way to fix it is to talk to someone with a measure of authority.

The Ugly:

Getting to a person on the phone with authority. Had I not gone after Epassporte so ruthlessly, I'm not certain we would have ever gotten this matter taken care of.

So I guess that means if you want something done. You are going to have to make a little bit of noise.

I'm really glad to hear you got an epassporte account. It's really an awesome payment system for the most part.

I'm glad to get one too.
I suppose I should apologize to my husband. If you think I bitched on here... I gave him several ear fulls.

But then again, I'm not known for being a "calm" person. I guess it's the entire red head thing.

sean416 01-14-2006 01:23 AM

Flashcash got me my account, it was easy as pie. Got my card within a week and havent had one problem with them.

I do have my own merchant account, and I do know the agonizing pain of dealing with people from europe. What I mean is that address verification and confirming identities according to Visa's regulations is painfully hard. You being in europe and having US bank accounts, I wouldn't have bothered. I would have told you its impossible to give you an account.

Glad you got your account though. :)

Unfortunately, judging by recent events, this seems to be becoming an operational rule, when epassporte is concerned. :(

Well when we located our company to Europe our first several months were HELL! I don't think there was anyone we didn't piss off. Customer service was rotton.

Sure there was clients I wanted to disappear. Kind of like "Yea ok, it's not working for you. Here is your money back now fuck off."

But you know, I now see it from my husband's perspective. Growing pains and problems are going to happen from time to time in a busines.

"Be thankful you have people that Push the issue." (Direct quote from him) Because these people show you were you are making mistakes and give you a chance to fix them.

Now I'm sure that Epassporte has learned something from this and it won't happen again to a person in a similar situation. Or if it does, there is now someone there that knows how to fix the problem.

Michael O 01-14-2006 09:46 AM

Its good to hear it got solved.
