So, my search for a new webmaster. What I am mostly looking for is massive marketing. I want to have an active marketing program bump my traffic big time. I want to keeo the current design of my site becasue I am pretty happy wiht it and just have a webmaster add updates 3-5 times a week but most important of all, push the shit out of the updates and videos. I update a new video once and add 3-4 new photos sets, everything from amatuer to glamour.
