I cheatd once, then I started cheating on new girlfriends like it was no big thing. It became habit. I finally stopped to realize what I was doing to these girls and how it must feel. So I lived and learned and haven't cheated since.

I respect a couple's choice to swing if that suits them. When they both consent I don't consider that cheating. But if a person decides to deceive and go fuck someone behind their partner's back then I don't know why they even bother having a relationship. There is obviously no real love or respect there. I wouldn't want to be with someone who cares so little about my feelings to do that to me.
