I've been doing 1 hour of weights 3 days a week and 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week. Also controlled diet of less than 200 calories, less than 30 grams of fat and more than 100 grams of protein each day.

I'm playing pick up hockey twice a week and trying to do 45 minutes of cardio at the gym 3 times a week.
I get bored doing weights but I am going to try to get back into the habit. DH |
I hate working out so I don't do it. I got a Dog instead, I take him on a 20 minute fast walk every morning, I may not have abbs but I'm fit and healthy and thats all I need, plus the Dog loves it.

As a kid I use to cycle miles every day. Was out all day long on my bike cycling all over the place. Nowerdays I rarely cycle at all and I don;t want the same to happen with my weight training. But when the summer comes I think I'm going to start cycling more again.

i also use to work out 3-4 times a week... then it turned to once a week now i never hit the gym :( *sigh*

Been working out for a couple months now. Joined a cool 24 hour gym with a friend that's usually always empty. Usually run a mile a day and do weight training. Typically go 4 times a week. I also moved into a third floor apt.... I figured the stairs are a workout in themselves... lol
I've gained a little weight but I'm starting to see more definition and I look better... People keep asking me if I've "lost weight", I haven't.. but I will in time. |

I go 3 times a week for sure but sometimes up to 5 times. What I have to work on now is my shitty diet.

I go about 6 times a week, trading off pushing weights one day, pulling the next day. To give each group a rest. But after a while my forearms need some rest too, so I take a day off.
