You guys still need alot of work! 1 sale every 61K/gallery/sale is pretty awefull! The ratios look ok, but those galleries need some work, get new designer!

The stats really represent the real convertion rates.
TGP traffic send to FHG usually makes an average of 30 cents per 1k gallery traffic. With use of own galleries and unique templates it's possible to get to $1.5 per 1k gallery hits.

I really think it would be better to use FHGs as that would give the real picture about the sponsor.

Because currently Mayors Money is my #3 CONVERTING sponsor and my #11 TOTAL CASH sponsor?

Mayorsmoney.com converts awesome for us, we have an upsell in our members area i'd highly suggest people push Brooke from there members area and she converst solid on all the traffic we send her site.

I would say that over 90% of this traffic comes from partner accounts.

I pretty much have all the ones available.

tranza, try to work and improve your ctr to at least 3%, im pretty sure with some tweaking you would be able to attract more click thrus to the tours.. therefore, more sales..

There's one thing that I know for a fact that would increase my CTR ratio by 1 or 2%, but I would have MUCH LESS qualified traffic.

yea pretty low for the number of galleries submitted and gallery hits received IMO

he *should* pick up a couple more listings at some sites that have big queues of galleries approved but not listed and galleries that have not been reviewed yet.. so the number of sales can only rise..

who knows maybe he'll pick up another 13 sales in the next few months from his listings to double his money to ~20 bucks per gallery..

you are missing a key-factor. The tour; that one will turn them to members, not the gallery itshelf in the vast majority of the cases.

I assume the point of this is to gauge relative performance of sponsors with the same traffic. So, the stats presented will only have relevancy once the 2nd test is completed - that is, we will be able to compare the performance of Tranza's traffic with mayors money to his performance with epic cash.

This isnt really useful information to anyone, as everyone's traffic make-up is different. What we will learn is which sponsor performs best with Tranza's traffic. The measure of this performace will be the $ per raw click number.

What is interesting, as everyone has commented on, is the relatively low CTR on the galleries.

Tranza, why not challenge all these people who are saying that your CTR sucks to design some galleries for you, then perform the same challenge with their galleries. That would either vindicate or silence the haters :)

if the CTR goes up the ratios will almost certainly drop but you might still make more sales for the same amount of gallery traffic.

No, its actually pretty good. But you're not getting enough clicks pulling through to make your profit per click worth it.
