Neat thing about this fish, notice the two dorsal spines on the top. They fold back, but the first larger one will not fold until the second smaller one is pulled. (hence the name trigger fish).

Yep :) I got a lesson from the docksmen (is that even a word) when I caught it. I am so happy you know that about the triggerfish :) I cooked it on the grill, left it out there for a while.. you are so correct.
I ALMOST made the record.
I even skinned the sucker. Took pliers to it and peeled off the skin. I tell you, that was the most educational fishing trip I was ever on and I was alone!! Stuff like that never happens when you are with your friends. lol
