In our country the mainstream press is an adjunct of the government and the military industrial complex. The media can't oppose our government in any real sense. If people are hoping that eventually the mainstream media will be forced to participate in this debate, they're wasting their time. They have almost as much at stake as the perpetrators do. No matter how much evidence comes out linking powerful Americans to this attack, the press would go down with the ship. Basically right now the press is there to help the government control their citizens, to protect the government.

I still can't believe that there are people out there who think that the US media reports the truth. Start paying attention. Write down something that they report today, and in two years, tell me if it turned out to be true. Idiot.

A big problem is that most Americans have a 15 minute attention span, so they forget what the media told them a year ago. All they can remember is who the good guys are and who the bad guys are.

I have done my research. In fact, I have a number of books about WTC including the report to Congress, Debunking 9/11, and Debunking Debunking 9/11.

One of the problems with the Internet today is that a lie or half truth can be told and it can be repeated so much that at a certain point it becomes accepted as fact, when it really isn't.

In this case if you do any research on this subject all you come across is the typical bullshit and conspiracy sites.

Security at the WTC was "heightened" in the weeks before 9/11, which means extra bomb sniffing dogs were at the site. They were removed the day or two before 9/11. However, there was still bomb sniffing dogs at the site the day before and the day of 9/11. There was just less of them.

This half truth proves just the opposite - that 9/11 was not brought down by explosives. It would have taken months to get the required amount of explosives to take down the buildings, and there was extra bomb sniffing dogs on site during this time.

But that's fine, you just keep ignoring the truth and believe what you want to believe already.
