guys, it will still be a bit. it was encoding last night on melissa's end via a regular laptop. its 7:15 am here i just awoke. its 8:15 am melissa time. unless melissa woke up throughout the night to upload it, she'll wake up this morning, upload it, ill download it and break it up into a few parts, and shoot it over to mayor.

and then it will be posted to the world. i know everyone is antsy, but it will be posted sometime today. and mayor, feel free to get a copy from bubba direct as well, he's supposed to get us a sound byte of the green room before hand of melissa and brooke chatting (apparently the room was wired, so when everyone was talking, no one knew it was actually recorded).

ok no problem, we'll check back throughout the day.

I have not heard back from the show about their copy. I think Sirrus is worried about fallout for bubba and their stock in this matter.

I know you weren't there, but I'd like to think this would not even been an issue if you were there. The Mayor is one of the most laid back guys I know, and for him to lose it, meant something was really wrong.

as mayor said we need to redo the encode. she woke up to her laptop restarted. the video played the first 10 minutes we looked at, but the time in windows media player showed 0:00 and you couldn't click thru it. 50+ minutes of footage that you have to watch straight thru is a lot, so bear with us.

When we put it thru the process, there was ~ an hour and 45 mins left just on the first pass - encoding on a regular laptop blows. rest assured, the full unedited version will be posted and everyone will see the truth, but it takes time. when you dont have powerful PCs with a lot of HD space, the process can be very slow. melissa never deals with this amount of straight footage.

lets all calm down and wait for the video. only one party was allowed to record in which i think was shady to begin with and really encoding a video doesn't take all that long. just run it through Windows Movie Maker... the longer it takes you know they're just trying to figure out how to cut scenes and make everything look good.

but i hope its unedited and not some 30-45sec bs that took two days to encode

Correct me if i'm wrong, and i'll feel like an idiot if it was explained somewhere in this thread, but i'm gathering Melissa and Brooke did a show together on the radio, and Melissa was using some sort of toy on Brooke who didn't like it? Perhaps too big, maybe up the ass? Either way it hurt Brooke and drama unfolded?

Mayor yesterday you were furious and asked to take down Melissa links, you wrote that Brooke Skye was violated etc... You even were willing to pay extra money and reward people to take down their Melissa links.

Brooke was is hurt that's a fact. I was locked out of the shoot at the request of Biggie, also a fact. neither Biggie nor melissa intended anything bad to happen and her "camera guy" had no real experience in shooting, also a fact. If you believe it or not, I could care less. What I am saying is I believe Melissa is not to blame (even though she was the one doing the fucking) there is, as it turns out, more to the story.

Sitting in my shoes and with the information I had, I doubt many people would have been as cool about it.

Absolutely no one in the industry threatened to sue (except melissa) which I understand and would not have affected my decision. Who did call me and threaten to sue (mainly out of fear of their involvement me thinks) has asked me not to mention their name so I won't. I assume you'll put two and two together. Biggie's alright with me and other than his request to keep us out of the studio, I have no issues with him. His decision to do that was not intended to hurt brooke. Unfortunately it created a situation where she had no one in authority to support her or put an end to it.

I am not cool with what happened, I am trying to just let this go. For Brooke's benefit, Melissa's benefit and "others" benefit.

have you ever encoded video, a long ass video on a regular laptop from a raw tape. just to give you an inkling, you capture it, bam 15 gig file. takes an hour. then you got a 15 gig file (estimate), slap a logo on, export it out to another avi (another 15 gig file) and another 1-2 hours. then you encode, which on melissa's pc with 30 gigs eaten up and not ideal for encoding at 1k kb/sec, can take up to 6 hours. she went to sleep with it on. lets stick to facts.

woke up this morning, her pc was restarted - video was fucked up, had to start the re-encode all over again. which is where its at now.

mayor posted a lot of facts, but locking out cameras does not mean locking out their security, and mayor's own wife was next to brooke the whole time. i think the point is hammered home that melissa didn't mean any harm to brooke, and in fact the tape shows true and legitimate concern for brooke. there was never any ill intentions for brooke at all, and that was taken out on us in a very serious manner.

thats the point. we did nothing wrong, we are at no fault, and we didn't exercise any poor judgement. the tape will be up later.

I am sure it's unedited. Unfortunatly I doubt the Bubba show will release their copy but that's fine, I trust Biggie and I know Melissa will come off as OK as a person in that situation can.

I think that is a fair reponse and perhaps your history is true. But why did you try and make money on someone else being violated? I think that is the most disturbing part.

I can agree with this totally in principal after talking to Biggie on the phone. I do wish, however, she had backed off. She was after all, the one with the strap on. That being said, I am sure the pressure was immense and she's apparently not of the personality type to protect others.


This is a matter of interpretation. Tell me if you were in my shoes would you feel these events to be "nothing wrong". Intent is another story. Based on what information I had made a decision.

• Invited to to the show, then last min being told we're not to be in the studio shooting at Melissa's people's request. (no camera, no reason to be in the studio, it's not that big of a room)
• Melissa brings toys (we weren't told we were supposed to bring anything or that there would be any toys involved. (If we knew, we'd have brought new packaged ones that fit)
• Everyone insists Brooke and no one else is getting it.
• Melissa's handler/camera guy blows me off, won't make eye contact or exchange contact info/titles. (I assume, he's just another arrogant owner and see's me as some nobody shorts. Either way, extremely rude.)
• We sit outside, completely oblivious, till the show is over.
• Brooke bolts out crying and hurt, handler and melissa split immediately without even a goodbye.

Tell me you wouldn't feel like you and your girls weren't set up from the beginning.

I believe Biggie and Melissa intended no harm but some of his "judgement calls" led to this. Of that there is no question.

It was actually playing on people's greed and spending money to hurt someone's business. at $50 a 1.95 trial+ recurring it would tale about 8 months to break even. How many non-dating sites do you know that recur that well?

The Asian girl is my wife yes, and since you bring it up. I'll fill you in on my personal life and hers. My wife as some very select people knew, was working in the oldest profession on earth when I met her in thailand. She's been through more than you can possibly imagine. After reading everything on the board it sounds like Brook was pressured into something she really wasnt ready for and after it all went down probably felt degraded and ashamed of how it went down, which would probably make any girls cry whether it hurt or not..

I can see how mayor would get upset being protective and I can see how Melissa didnt feel the same since she was not receiving the dildo with tons of unfamiliar faces around if the roles were reversed I bet She would have cried under the same circumstances.

Bottom line is everyone was an adult and shit happens its unfortunate some dont know how to stand up for themselves.
