shap, this guy does it a lot. he's showing kate's playground pics and sending to us. we killed his acct once, it looks like he rejoined, going to kill his account now again. he goes so far as to mask his affiliate ID by using a script to redirect to the ending affiliate url.

thank you watch this

PenetratinP 06-23-2006 10:56 AM

Even on his "80's Music Videos" site he is cheating the Adsense program & Adwords advertisers by hiding most of the ads under the youtube.com videos.

The controls for the video player are right above the mostly hidden but clickable ad area, so that people who go to adjust the volume, video size, etc, will click by accident.

http://www.freephotosandvideos.com/
(choose a video from the right hand side menu and then notice the "ads by google" right below the player)

The header, "select a video" and the arrow all lead back to his BulletinBoardForum.com site.

Suspicious accounts are always contacted and asked to explain and show how they are sending sales. If this guy were my affiliate and sending sales I'd know.

You are wrong. This guy does it to EVERYBODY...we have tried to stop this piece of shit as well and he is hard to track down.

So, we are going to get him were it hurts..our lawyer is about to send a DMCA notice to google and yahoo, everyone else should too, get bulletinboardforum.com blacklisted from the search engines.

Also, any affiliate program that has this guy as an affiliate should refuse to pay him.

well, he's got playboy and penthouse girls there too, they got wallets and lawyers. fuck him. the reason people fail at getting these assholes shutdown is because they are afraid they can't get it done. find the target and destroy it. too much shit is tolerated in this business. no one cares until the directly see it hurt their bank accounts. i've sent to a few people who care and are bloodsuckers for this kinda stuff.

someone post a good DMCA letter here. Everyone with content should fax that DMCA letter to google, yahoo, MSN and every single affiliate program this guy is promoting.

Cut the fucker off at the knees.

Dear Sirs:

Can somebody inform as to what is going on regarding this deactivation? This makes little sense, and much effort has gone into designing and promoting FTVGirls. If this is an issue regarding a particular girl on this page, be advised it has become a three ring circus to figure out which girl is currently being "owned" by which webmaster at any given time. Content gets sold and leased left and right, therefore these girls being promoted are more likely than not being "exclusively" available from a multitude of websites. All efforts are made to credit and promote the girls with the individual they are assumed to be currently working with based on popularity in search engines and a review of the sites themselves.

Currently this month I have sent at least $1,500 in sales to FTVGirls for which has vanished from my account this morning. This does not include the money spent promoting the pages originally.

I look forward to your reply.

Hi guys,

This is aaron from the site in question of this thread. I've been in discussion with Chris today and hashed through a few issues regarding the photo pages on the site.

The fact of the matter remains that if all these posters on this thread are in fact webmasters with the respective sites represented, it would appear you no longer wish for me to be an affiliate nor promote any of the sites. As I told Chris, I've gotten emails months ago (none since) regarding how some webmasters may not approve of large photo galleries, while others are satisfied with the traffic/conversions I've sent and appear not to have issue. I would have to scroll through the names and cross check my affiliate info to see who is saying otherwise on this thread (or you can send an email via the form at the advertising link just above this post).

The site is an entertainment venue, not a "porn" site per se and as such is geared that way. The audience currently being sent to any of the porn affiliate links are going to be those who've come for general entertainment (with a higher out-of-country viewer base) and get encouraged to check out the galleries.

That being said, a 10 photo spread is not going to be "entertainment" to the casual visitor, more of an advertisement.

What I think might be an amicable solution to webmasters who can appreciate such a concept, and like I told Chris, might be to set a brief window of ideally 14 days for a larger "entertainment" type gallery to be actively promoted, then scaling the same gallery back down to whatever those who've voiced concern can feel more comfortable.

what the fuck are you talking about?

first of all i can't believe you think you're talking to a bunch of idiots.

how do you explain no watermarks on the images and sending to other programs?

100's of images of sunny leone and sending to FTV, yeah that makes sense. how is that amicable?

how do you explain watermarking peoples images with your watermark to your site?

you have got to be either the most undeducated webmaster on the planet or the worst liar.

and many many more things that just don't add up?

oh, your site is a porn site. those SERPs just didn't happen accidentally.

what is your other gfy nick?

While a lot of people won't want you promoting their program in that fashion, probably the biggest problem, or at least the one this thread was made for, is that you're using other people's content to send traffic to entirely different programs.

Noone will find that acceptable.

The models may not be exclusive to a website, but the specific content WILL usually be owned by one, not all of them.

gfydotcom 06-23-2006 01:25 PM

I'm not here to argue or fight. The website has an audience that is interested in these sites of yours, and I encourage that. The bulk of the webmasters have not had an issue with the traffic being sent, and like I said I am more than happy to yank/cancel any affiliate accounts of those of you who wish that occur. Not a problem.

I'm looking at the sites such as yours through an opinion that the internet is changing. Most visitors are looking for video from your sites, and not to belittle the great photography contained in these sites but in this "perspective", the photos are almost like a video on pause. The viewer is seeing a clip spread out through the gallery, if you can follow me.

I've seen some girls HD vids as of late, which reinforces this opinion.

That is the vision behind these galleries, not to "give" something away for nothing. I wouldn't be using affiliate links if this were the case.

So with that said, I hope to work something out with you guys who have issue and keep the conversions coming your way. Otherwise feel free to send me an email and I'll edit your page. If you're asking for a complete removal, place a text file on the server of the girl being promoted and include the URL in the email (so I may verify the sender is valid) and I can replace your dedicated advertising spot with someone who can use it.

Thanks!

You mean that he is one of the 4 affils that you send to with 100's of sets of content owned by several other affiliate programs and prodcuers. God I love this shit.

Where exactly are you sending traffic to the girls who's images you are using? Last I checked none of the girls that the links are going to FTV actually work for FTV. I see you got Lia's correct. Good thing too, she's a good freind of mine. So, unless you are referring to AFF and FTV as holding the rights to all that other content, you're full of shit. [/QUOTE]

Name them. You have galleries of shit that no one would ever need to ever buy a membership. Your story doesn't hold water dude. How do yo explain to Raven and Naughty Allie why you send links from their content page of a gazillion images to AFF and FTV?

You making money? I see about 5 ways you are. You have porn on the site. You get traffic through porn search terms. Looks like a duck. Walks like a duck. Must be a duck. Quack! You're running a porn site. Stop with the circle jerk.

Ok, and your point is? "General Entertainment"? So someone looking for Sunny Leone, Raven Riley, or any of the other SERPS you have in google are looking for "general entertainment", and not pornographic images. Intersesting.
