We have sent him emails asking to be removed since day one of that fucking gallery.... being ignored so we cancled his account he then replaced all links with ftv links .... so telling everyone here he had no idea what girl belonged where is an outright lie..... we have sent ftv emails also asking to check this out .... with no responses im glad shap finally got the recognition on this.... we have been nothing but nice we never brought it to the board although alot of other people have several times.... to which i send to our lawyer and he has requested it be shut down as well.....

Now he is stating outright lies and deciept about our name and site which again will be forwarded to our lawyer....

I'm the second person in this thread that had sent an email to FTV months ago asking to have this guy shut down as my content was being used to send traffic to your site. It seems it took something very public for FTV to do something about it.

Rob they aren't sending me traffic. No hidden agenda here except the money trail leads to you. Everything I had heard was the rest of us were getting screwed and FTV was accepting the traffic. From what i've heard you have been accepting the traffic and paying him for it up until this week.

Instead of thinking I've got an agenda be thankful it was a major spammer that got you a nasty fine. It's important to know what your affiliates are up to. You are responsible for their actions.

btw rob there were two main reasons i picked you.

1. i don't waste my time finding every other sponsor this guy is screwing over. All of my stolen content linked back to you.

2. i have received a number of emails from other webmasters saying you ignored their requests to take action on this.

Truth is had you replied to the other webmasters he wouldn't still be linking to you. I hate to say it but you may have brought this thread on yourself.

Unfortunately I don't see that happening. HOWEVER this guy is definitely a CB risk since he is using false advertising. I could see ccbill emailing all his sponsors and informing them of the situation and suggesting they terminate his account.

have you tried jumping on the board, posting a few samples that he doesn't have and pointing the surfers to your own sites. the board has lots of traffic, why else would ftv girls let him get away with it?

can't blame surfers for wanting free porn or webmasters for wanting that traffic ... after all, we trained them that way!

Suspicious accounts are always contacted and asked to explain and show how they are sending sales. If this guy were my affiliate and sending sales I'd know.
