Yeap, but i used such fpa's many times and near everytime i was getting listed with any problems. So i think that such fpa isn't problem.

I was accepted for their preferred submitter program, thought that was way cool and sent them very high quality galleries and I never had a single page listed with them after that...seems like they put me on the banned list and gave me preferred status at the same time. So I just stopped sending them galleries altogether.
