I learned the secret to dropping weight and it dont cost nothing and I still get to have choclate cake and icecream. Its real simple: 1. Cut soda and beer completely from your intake. They are just like cancer sticks, you miss them at first but afterwards it matters not. 2. Learn to enjoy water. Keep water with you everywhere you go. 4. Never, and I do mean never, skip breakfast. I hate nearly all breakfast foods. So instead I bought a box of crackers. I eat three of them every single morning as soon as I roll out of bed. If you skip breakfast, your body still thinks you are asleep and lose valueable fat burning hours. You have to turn your body on. 5. Fruit: once a day, every day. Natural fruit, that is. Nothing out of a can. Avoid high fructose corn syrup at all costs (thats the shit they soak all the canned fruit in, for those unaware). 6. Potato Chips and other "eat the whole bag" foods are the devil. Fuck them. Do not buy them. If you need munchies, learn to enjoy pretzels. Or make that your fruit serving with grapes. 8. Eat a large lunch (or a large breakfast and a small lunch and dinner) and a small dinner. Just the reverse of what most Americans normally do. Food turns to fat while you sleep. Make sure there is nothing there to turn to fat. 9. Eat what you like but keep the balance in mind. Its a pendulum. You can eat cake or have a pizza every once in a while, but you have to make up for it somewhere. Its just like cheating on your wife. You can do it, and you can even get away with it for a while, but it will come back haunt you someday. 10. Buy certified organic foods and eat them often. They put posion and bacteria in regular milk. ONLY drink milk that is certified organic by a reputable source (read: NOT THE USDA). Real milk is good for you. The shit most people consume and call milk is toxic and fattening. 11. Love salads without dressing or meat toppings. Salad is dry without dressing, so wash the lettuace before you eat it. Not only does it taste fresher, but it gives it some lubrication on the way down your throat. If you really need a dressing, try a very small amount of vinagar and olive oil mixed. |

America leads the way because we pioneered fast/engineered food. All the trans-fat, high fructose-ladened frankenfoods and fast-food establishments every 200 yards are killing us. These foods that aren't found in nature taste delicious, have massive calories and zero nutritional value. The rest of the affluent world is just behind America and gaining fast. The world simply needs to smarten up and shun these coronary corporate devils. Eat real food.

cause the american beef, pork and chicken industry and the fda decides to mess around with mother nature by pumping all these steroids and other drugs into livestock to produce more juicier and tastier types of burgers, ribs, bbq chickens, etc. or more milk & in a massive scale then ... advertise daily to over 300 million people over and over again about how you should go to McDonalds, Burger King, KFC and other big chain companies that serve this type of food... then ... consuming that meat and everything that either was pumped into or ate. when you start seeing alot of teenage girls have bigger tits than pamela anderson and it wasn't like that 15-20 years ago, you know something's up! that's my take on it anyways :) |
