Mine too, but if it's not available I'm cool with Trappy's or Crystal.

I don't like regular Tabasco but they make (or used to make) a good jalapeno sauce.

I had one called Black Widow that at least a half an hour after I had opened it (and had since washed hands) rubbed my eye and might as well have done it with a fresh sliced jalapeno:upsidedow

Franks Red Hot and anything that tastes like it as well as Siracha....

It's not that I use a ton of it on any one thing or meal, it's that I use it frequently is all. I add Tabasco to my bbq sauce to heat it up. I add it into scrambled eggs and shoot a half dozen drops onto hash browns for breakfast. I'll add few teaspoonfuls of it into a large batch of meat sauce or chili. Even when I make tuna or chicken salad sandwiches I'll mix several good shakes of Tabasco into it. Meatloaf just wouldn't be meatloaf without the heat.

And so on.

This I agree with, in that the other sauces I've tried just weren't hot enough, thus you either drown your food in it and lose all sense of flavor of the food or I found myself adding Tabasco to the hot sauce to heat it up. :D

I'm willing to try pretty much anything and give it a shot (if it's available where I am or I can order it online), but it'd have to be pretty good to replace my good ol' Tabasco.

Have you tried Sambal Oelek? A buddy told me it makes Siracha taste like Asian ketcup from what I hear. In other words it puts Siracha to shame.

I havent tried it yet though. Has anybody tried it?

Hmm.. if he considers Sambal Oelek hotter than Siracha, that means Siracha isn't hot at all.. Sambal Oelek is great stuff, but not really THAT hot :2 cents:

They're all good - depends what I'm eating. I have a huge collection of hot sauces in my fridge, but off the top of my head I have Frank's, Tabasco, Louisiana Habanero, Devil's Duel (habanaro), Blair's Death Rain.

I also grow chiles, jalapeno, and habaneros and make my own.

Yummy.

Nothing beats homemade, but i have Tapatio, Cholula, and 3 different flavors of Tabasco in the fridge. The wife likes the Sriracha, she calls it cock sauce, because of the rooster on the front. Most people that love garlic will love the Sriracha taste.
