They're all good - depends what I'm eating. I have a huge collection of hot sauces in my fridge, but off the top of my head I have Frank's, Tabasco, Louisiana Habanero, Devil's Duel (habanaro), Blair's Death Rain.
I also grow chiles, jalapeno, and habaneros and make my own. Yummy. |

Nothing beats homemade, but i have Tapatio, Cholula, and 3 different flavors of Tabasco in the fridge. The wife likes the Sriracha, she calls it cock sauce, because of the rooster on the front. Most people that love garlic will love the Sriracha taste.

I make my own in San Diego, not too spicy, with the perfect flavor and spicyness..I first tasted Siracha about 5 years ago and had to bring some bottles to Mexico City.. |
