THREE: He hasn't paid me per our agreeement for the content he is selling, so his rights to resell are rescinded until payment in full is made.

My new content store is almost finished, with over 1200 photo/video sets with 2257, hi-res pics, video in 320x240 and in full screen, 640x480 at 1500 kps., all in the best selling niches.

Now he emerges back with more confusion. Why did he sell resale rights? Content producers do that when their steam has run out. Ok, but the resellers always gonna sell at ridiculous prices.
