I know it hurts when you lose time like that. I've lost countless hours spent trying to figure out why people were e-mailing me adamantly claiming they were affiliates but I could not locate any of their info in our database. I was starting to wonder if there was some sort of problem with our affiliate sign-up page and devoted not only my time but the time of others testing scripts and going over server logs to ensure there was not a problem on our end.

You'll be better off in the long run if you drop them now and have no more time invested with people like this. They obviously have no business ethics and are only in it for the quick buck. It's just a matter of time before their affiliates suffer loses as a result of the programs complete lack of integrity. I?m sure any program that would be bold enough to steal another programs design would also have no reservations about ripping off their affiliates.

That's too funny! We had the same thing happen to us way back when we started in the business. We had a bunch of "cam girl profile" pages promoting Click Cash and I was seeing all these strange referring URLs in our stats. When I looked at them I realized that someone cut and pasted our pages to their URL's. They forgot to change the affiliate links and didn't realize it for over a month. We actually made a couple thousand dollars from the "theft" of our pages. :winkwink:

Ummmm, ok and who are you? Please don't come on here acting like everything is fine and poor Lily was taken advantage of by some mysterious designer who stole our design. There are far to many holes in her story.

1. The design for her affiliate program was changed to the stolen version shortly after she signed-up to NaughtyBank as an affiliate. Please do not try and convince me or anyone else that she signed-up to NaughtyBank and then several days later this "mysterious designer" delivered the new design to her and she couldn't see that it was an EXACT copy of NaughtyBank.

2. No designer is going to do an affiliate program design in exchange for 1 month of access to a site that costs $29.95.

3. I've asked lily to provide me with contact information for this mysterious designer so that he could be exposed as a thief. Surprise, surprise, the only thing she'll give me is a hotmail address. Am I to believe that anyone would enturst the design of their affiliate program to a designer with a free e-mail address who can't provide a link to their on-line portfolio, etc.

The bottom line is that there is no "designer" here.

I was thinking you are most right Jake, She could find out who he is easy. all she would have to do is to go into her stat admin console and check for the ip address. If it is not through a proxy and is his legit Ip then he could be busted.

But I'm not to educated on IPs to fully understand the method.
