True, I dont thinkanyone could have been serious when they said that, 100 I think probably is a good guess, but it would all depend on if we ae talking just gross sales or accually profit. With some adwords campaigns 10-15% profit is pretty ok....but then again, my guess is a as good as anyones.... :)

My guessing is not out of thin air. I have an idea what can do be done on ppc if you spend enough, and 200 is still proably low
