We are dealing with some innocent affiliates who think that because they have a chance to promote something and get high rankings in google they are set, when in reality they are being misled by an unscrupulous vendor. Business is conducted this way with some internet situations. If somebody pirates your dvd's it costs you money but you use different channels to get the word out so that infringers and non-infringers do not think that your Jenna content is public domain. Furthermore, It is a credit to GFY that one can spread the word so widely and efficiently.
