What a big load of bullshit that these guys keep getting away with this crap. This is the reason I always ask clients I don't know well to let me know who has license to the content... So this kind of crap doesn't happen.. Either way I'm glad it's being resolved, but the part that makes me truly angry is that it even happened at all and needed resolution.
