There's far more important things in life to be concerned or worried about than if the ex's wife likes you or not.

Make-up can cover the birthmark if you're self conscious of it. I personally don't see anything wrong with it. It's not like you have a huge purplish birthmark that covers half your face. Your nose is fine too.

Take away the birthmark, get the teeth professionally whitened and you're in between Sandra Bullock and Avril Lavigne. Very very cute, and that's my brutally honest opinion.
