I absolutley love it. I just spent the last hour going thru it all. I think this could bring the community together and will be a great tool IF you work it right.

I poked around and I couldn't find a browse by picture option, I feel there are people in the industry that I know there face but not thier name. I just doubled checked for that option and I could find it.Maybe I'm blind(insert lame masterbation joke here) it's been a long day.

I think if, it's not already a great option.

I just found out how after I completed this post. Just scroll thru profile to profile. I need to goto sleep. LOL

Hey Dwreck, also check out our browse pages. They should be defaulting to "Browse By Thumbnails" (so you can see pictures next to names). Optionally you can "Browse By List" to not see the thumbnails (the link to go back and forth between the two is in the upper right).

A great starting page to see this feature would be to go to the Browse By Lastname page and click on a letter!

There is also another way. When you are looking at a directory by last name or by first name it will show the thumbnails of people as well as the list. If it is not showing that way for you there is a link that says "Browse By Thumbnail" at the top of the directory. So for instance if you look at last names that start with M:

You should see Bari M's pic at the top and Ben M's pic as well. You can go through the directory by last name or first name this way.
