BA easily has everything on your list within 15 miles excepting perhaps the international airport which is out of town. But lots of big ass cities have airports out of town, Tokyo Narita for example is 50 miles from Tokyo.

EZE is pretty close to town, isnt it? Still, alot of decent sized towns in the US dont have an international airport yet.

No problem with continents sticky - most geographers and scientists refer to six continents, however, like most shit - the US is out of step with the rest of the world and has been known to claim there are seven. There is in fact, no standard - so live with it.

I think that you are mixing the quality of living with price. BEFORE you pack up and move. Live for three months in the country that you think you want to move to. It is a HUGE change from the US. Ask anyone that has made the move. I live 20 miles south of the US border, and as close as I live, there are issues.

I think the problem people have here in the US is that we want everything but bitch about having to pay for it. We want the big house, nice car, cable, nice clothes, lots of money, etc. You can't really bitch about it because it is your own greed. I for one and happy to pay for it and live in the US.
