Actually, you have to think about this: The person coming to your site usually came from a hotlink or something (fusker style) or someone else trying to steal your content. If you redirect people coming to a porn site to porn, how are you doing something they didn't expect?

Now, if you send people trying to link pictures of your fluffy bunny slippers, yeah, you might have an issue.

I'm waiting for the day when bandwidth is as cheap or cheaper than in the US.

You guys are being beyond paranoid thinking this law, which is actually titled the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act and has NOT been signed into law yet as far as I know (but is very likely to be), outlaws goatse. The law is made so you don't say Kids Click Here For Sponge Bob Square Pants Videos and then link that to meatholes.com. Any decent lawyer will be able to argue that the phrase goatse doesn't appeal to kids. Anyone that has ever heard of goatse knows exactly what to expect. This law is about misleading. We're keeping our goatse pix up because when we link to them the surfers know what they're getting into. Heh, if they visit our sites, in general the know what they're getting into. Same logic applies for *******.com which currently links to the post of the famous pic on www.consumptionjunction.com.

For those that want to form their own opinions by reading and thinking, I know scary stuff, here's a link to the bill in pdf format as of 7/21/06.

update, well it's not law yet, but CNN just said Dubbya is expected to sign it into law in the next few minutes.

So, we all need to have domains with "sex " or " porn " in them ....

Latinateens.com is a no-no
Gayjailsex.com is good ... any takers ... :)

Hum, I don't have a single domain with those 2 terms ... a few with sluts, but that still is pretty main stream ( after all, Paris Hilton is a SLUT ... ).

Nice to have my ass sitting in Canada ....

"CONSTRUCTION.?For the purposes of this section, a word or digital image that clearly indicates the sexual content of the site, such as ?sex? or ?porn?, is not misleading."

I think goatse.cx is good enough? What does someone think is going to be on that site anyways, teletubbies?
