Every post I notice from you is arguing with someone that stands up for their rights that are being violated in one way or another. In just about EVERY location in the US you can walk around either topless or topless as long as your nipples are covered. There is no law to stop her from walking around in nothing but pasties, she could even add a 1 inch strip to cover her genitals and walk around bottomless as well.

But you are an idiot. She is for a fact a victim. Look up the definition, it fits perfectly. Doesn't make a shit if she baited them or not and I hope she sues them for every penny they have.

Another idiotic statement. You can only push what is in the law. The max penalty is basically a slap on the wrist so they can't exactly "fuck your world up" whenever they want. It is fights like this one that makes this country great, SOMEBODY has to fucking stand up for what is right regardless of how many morons on GFY get pissy about it.

as Yoda would say:
making a conscious choice to push the boundaries, knowing it WILL have consequences, a victem does not one make

i am not against her right to fight or challenge the law my dumbass, illiterate friend. i am against the notion that someone can thumb their noses at police, prosecutors and judges time and time again and then cry foul in the end as if they were just walking down the street and got arrested for prostitution.

i dont think anyone cares what she does here or is against it. i dont. ts just a shameless manipulation of the media for publicity... if she can get away with it and profit from it.. good for her. but its not "our" problem. its not a "constitutional problem", its not about "justice' - its about a few more news blurbs and news links on her site under the heading "check me out... i did it again!"

And hopefully she'll figure out the small town justice system before she loses it all for the sake of proving she's right..

I live in a small town and once you're on a list, ya better walk on eggshells because the cops, lawyers, and judges are, for the most part, one tight knit little group.

And if she continues to push the envelope, the city can change an ordinance in a heartbeat that could ruin it for those not looking for publicity..
Whether she's right or wrong, she needs to consider this and the effect it could have on others..

Staying a step or 2 inside the law is much better than teetering on the line.. and it wouldn't effect her business in the least..

She can make her appeals and file suits, etc., but she better make sure she stops dead at every stop sign, uses her turn signal and every turn, and follow every little law to the T.

That much is very true. I've seen small town justice at work up close and personal, and it's doubley horrible when it is religiously motivated.

yeah... i need to look up the definition of "victem". i am not the idiot that thinks the "victem" is the one that gets convicted of a crime.

Another person who has watched too many movies! I don't care if they like me or not and they already follow me everywhere I go. To be honest since I have really started to fight them they have backed off and it's nice. You are right they are a tight knit group but I am not staying with local government I am going to really challenge this. Melissa
