As for the sleep issue, i always find that with less sleep (i.e. waking up earlier), i initially feel crap, but then feel great for the rest of the day; whereas with more sleep (i.e. waking up later), i initially feel brilliant, but then feel crap and "lagged" for the rest of the day. |
