If you look at the prohibited countries list (right next to the dropdown list) it will show that Israel is on the banned country list. Israel will still appear on the dropdown so people can choose the correct country they are from.

The banned countries list is a standard list provided by the billing companies and it reflects where the highest concentration of 'fraudulent' transactions on webmaster accounts have been reported. By default, a banned country application is declined. If you contact me, I will do the research and verifications required try to help you get approved.


I don't know where you've gotten your information from (and perhaps you should inform yourself with TopBucks affiliates from Israel before making future statements :2 cents: ) but I've been with Topbucks for over two years and have never seen anyone lose their payout because they are from a banned country. If they got approved, it's because they got in touch with us and provided the info required for us to make the proper verifications.

Elron, how much have you made with those sponsors? You get them to give me the cash, and I'll send ya it via some payment method.

i did and thats why i pointed out that many of those sponsors still accept traffic from israeli webmasters thus they need to keep israel on the list or their database would be funky ( or have a sep signup form for countries on the ban list that they still accept traffic from ) if you cant understand where im coming from then the point is lost , i was just explaining why.. .. if they didnt when they sent out checks to people in countries that are on the banned list the postmaster wouldnt know where to sends the check ( because no country was listed or it would say BANNED" lol..

No , so people from these banned countries will beleive that you accept them and then you send them to your TOS when you owe them money , or else you have no reason to have them choosing the correct country they are from .

How often do you update the list in your terms? I see that you do not accept webmasters from Croatia, Slovenia and Yugoslavia (this last one does not exist for quite some time now). You do accept (at least you have them listed in the dropdown box) webmasters from Macedonia and Bosnia And Herzegovina which are both former yugoslav republics. You do not mention neither in your terms neither in your dropdown box Serbia And Montenegro which is still one country but soon going to be two separate countries.

I don't think you understood - the only way for a banned country affiliate to get approved is if they've done what I mentioned in my prior post. There's NO WAY for them to signup, get approved or earn money otherwise - so let me state the obvious - if you're not approved, there's no way for you to earn money.

If you never contacted anyone for approval that means you did so over 2 years ago - I've always seen Israel on the prohibited countries list. I do, however have affiliates from Israel and all get paid like clockwork - just like every other affiliate.

Once approved as an affiliate, follow our terms and don't get flagged from processors with fraudulent transactions and you're good to go - regardless what country you are from.

J.P. - I don't know when the last update was but most likely it's the last time the processors informed us of an addition or deletion of a country on their list. I'll have someone check that tomorrow and confirm the list with the processors.

You do that, it's crazy time here in the Balkans :) New countries popping out almost daily :) No, seriously, the last split will happen between Serbia and Montenegro, and then it's over... I hope, at least until Kosovo decides to split from Serbia :)

Also you have some countries listed which are part of European Union now and if European Union thinks these countries are OK to be the part of them, maybe processors should reevaluate their banned countries lists. But then again, if the fraudelent activity is still very high, these countries should stay there :)

Check out SatanCash we pay out all over the world. Some programs have banned countries in there list to protect themself. Contact a rep and ask if they will accept your traffic

Vlad, I just don't get impressed by numbers until it's coming to their account at Topbucks. Alot of people talk the talk but can't walk the walk or their numbers are based on the traffic on their sites. This doesn't mean it's traffic he can send - he's got to spread his eggs in more than one basket - has to trade some of that traffic - has to target it to the right niche and the quality of the traffic is important.

I chose to focus on the actual complaint, numbers have nothing to do with it and he has a problem and I'm trying to help him resolve it :)

If your country is on a prohibited list with one - then it's most likely the same with all the sponsors' lists whether it is stated or not - so I could understand his concern. The other point he's making is that some sponsors will 'auto-approve' your account and then use the 'prohibited countries' card to not pay you. If I have to break my ass working to get that traffic to a sponsor and then they tell me *Sorry buddy, you're from X country and we won't pay you* after earning a few $k then I'd be pissed and concerned with everyone too. *but that's just me*

The issue he has with us is totally different from the issue with FleshCash - they have a prohibited country list for where they won't ship - which shouldn't affect where the affiliate is from (hence why they corrected their info).
The prohibited list may also be different because there is a distinction here and that is that they ship tangible goods verifiable by shipping/tracking data with the CC company/processors & the consumer most likely had to sign for the item delivered. Most adult sponsors, don't have the verifiable proof - it's memberships so there's more vulnerability to fraud hence the requirement for more caution when it comes to membership sites.

I just want him to understand that with us - if you've made it through to approval and your traffic & sales are kosher - you'll get paid.
