No offense taken, but there aren't too many adult mall rats. The individuals I had in mind when I started this thread are pretty easy to peg as being kids . . . spooky or not.

Actually, most people don't seem to be able to come remotely close when they are looking at people with unusual hair or makeup or tattoos. Back in Blue Blood's print days, I would have distro folks want confirmation my paperwork was flawless (which of course it was) because they were sure that any model with so many tattoos had to be underage. Like did they think the tattoos came off when someone turned 18? Usually one has to be of age before getting inked.
