Do that, send your most hard working reps presents (naturally you have to give the company a cool gift basket as well) at Christams, for their birthday, whatever then they have some personal incentive and you get to show some appreciation to the reps that work so hard on the traffic deals you have going on.......

Just have a programmer code the linking code they use to switch over to their own private account on every other hit.
