looks like sleazy is attacking him in his questions.

Peaches 09-19-2006 07:08 AM

When you launch your new program, will you accept traffic from people with "lolita" in their meta tags and/or URLs?

The second one is a classic CDSmith. It will hang in a place of honor on our office fridge.

The funny thing is that's his normal expression.

no, I'm really not looking for your business.

I don't have lolita in any of my meta tags or URLs nor would I be sending you traffic. I was just asking a question based on some information I was given.

Nope, not even close. I was told your story sites were currently accepting traffic from sites with lolita in the URL and metatags and was just wondering if your new sites were going to accept them also.

As usual, you know nothing about this business. Nice guess though that I own any stories sites. :1orglaugh

man, how pathetic.

The Ghost 09-19-2006 08:35 AM

This interview was probably the best one I've read. Great to know more about 12clicks and the early days.

.... and to have the 1st post in a 10 pager. Thread of the week. :thumbsup

OK, then maybe they're Mojo's. I thought the two of you were partners. xxxstories.com, pornstories.com and taboostories.com are accepting traffic from sites with lolita in the metatags and URLs. The affiliate site for the stories is storiestraffic.com in case Mojo's not in the office so you can ask him.

So I tell you someone is breaking your partner's TOS and that's your response? Interesting, to say the least.

People polite enough to accept our invitation have been a who's who of the industry. Besides the people already mentioned in this thread, we've had Lensman, Ron Cadwell, Tony Morgan, Botto Brothers, JB, Mike Strouse, Shemp, Gary Kremen, Chris Mallick, Punker Barbie, Three Kisses Marie, KK, Brad Shaw, Lars, Python Aly, Loryn, Butterflied, Pornkings Carol, Jen, and Lisa, Cory, and really a host of others (again, I'll be crucified for forgetting names) but who wouldn't have a good time in that company.

As far as whether its an attempt to buy friends, can you hit these people up and see if its working?

Yes it is working perfectly. Although I already was Ron's one and only "three kisses Marie" and he has been the only "man I'd love to hate" in my life (as NickBaauw introduced us), that dinner really made our friendship. :winkwink:

I just got back from Europe and finally have had the opportunity to finish this up; I would have pulled it up in Spain, but I feared the locals looking over my shoulder and seeing all these Photoshops of him would get the wrong impression about me : )

This interview really blew up, glad to see Sleazy chose such a legacy and focal point of industry curiosity. This thread certainly didn't let down, however it is worth noting, this thread eloquently shows how a handful of detractors don't dictate to the majority or influence the true powers that be.

I look forward to seeing you in Los Angeles Ron. I wish you and Mojo the absolute best with all that you do in the future. If history is the foundation of the future, than I am sure everything will be nothing short of successful.

Thanks Cory, I appreciate it.
Too bad you missed it, it would have been much more interesting with your input.

Anyone heard from Ron lately?

I've always wondered how the ADOCALYPSE impacted the PPC business of the company Ron came from (not 12clickcash)
