I finally reached Jordan on the phone. She confirmed that she did make a video with her new husband during their honeymoon weekend, but neither of them gave it to anyone or put it online. I believe her.

She is very upset right now, so please give her a break and don't repost the video again. We've got it removed from youtube and pornotube now.

To those who think this looks like a marketing stunt, all I can say is that I don't need anyone's money badly enough to hurt a friend. I guess I overestimate other people's ethics.

Some things in life should always be sacred... and disrespecting any person's rights and wishes, in such a manner as the party responsible for releasing this video has done, should not be tolerated by our community, or any other.

My guess would be her husband did it, or her husband sent the video out to some friends while bragging and they put it out. Just doesn't seem likely that someone would "steal" the video from them. I mean unless someone took their camera, someone had to go through the effort of converting that into something that can be viewed on the computer. Just seems odd is all.

I honestly feel sorry for the girl if she really had no idea it got on the net and without her consent.

Scary... If Jordan or her guy really didn't give it to anyone. Either they lost it and someone found it by chance and recognized her, or some creep has been stalking her or breaking into her house. But if they just found the camcorder, then how did they know it was a honeymoon video? Doesn't seem right.

The fact they knew it was a honeymoon video means they had some personal knowledge of Jordan and her life. Guys like to brag and it's not out of the realm of possibilities that the guy would show it off to some friends of his. If that's the case, it just takes one to realize he may have just received a pot of gold.

Surely one would not misplace such a tape, specially if it was the very first one you ever made.

You also would expect if someone stole it, from the hotel room, baggage, house, whatever. A super stink would of been raised, as well Jordan may have warned Steve, filed police report etc. Trust me on such a first experience and in such a short time you would know if it was missing.

Someone broke in, duplicated it and then well.... ok very unlikely. Just like stolen scenario one would also have to know whom she is on the web.

Logically someone showed it to someone else, turned their back long enough for a copy to be made, or is using the stolen excuse to try and turn a fast buck. Whoever did it needed to know who she was, why it would be valuable, and of course have seen it or was told about it by one of the participants.

We are still trying to put the pieces together. There are a dozen suspects, but I don't think it is wise to make any accusations without solid proof.

She says they shot the video with her new camera in video mode, then watched the video on their computer. It is *possible* that someone got access to her computer. She just finished running anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, she said a bunch of "crap" showed up. So at this point, we still don't really know what happened.

We have talked to our attorney at length. What might save this is the lack of 2257 and releases. Maybe 2257 will have a good use after all?

If anyone sees the video reappear anywhere, please let me or someone on my staff know right away. Thanks in advance.
