i exercise 3-4 times a week
i dont want to die at age 35 and lets face it sitting her in front ot the screen all day isnt really healthy |

I am so so in shape, could be much more better but is also not too bad

I run ~ 35 miles a week (slowing down now so I can put some more muscle on) and lift 5 days a week. I would feel pretty shitty not being on a good workout routine, since working a regular job pretty much makes it impossible to workout, I feel like I have a gift I should take advantage of. Plus I like to look good naked.

I'm ok, going to the gym about 5 times a week, I wouldn't mind losing about 5 kgs though but its not that easy, I love my food

Well i go 5 time at week in gym so i think i am in good shape.AFter all that is only activity which i have :)

working infront of the comp makes you become very unhealthy. I recently joined the gym and now I'm more motivated to work

6 hours a week cardio. 8 hours a week Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I'd say pretty good shape. |

I used to jog all the time. I need to start it up again. I walk alot w/ my dog and play sports but I'm nowhere where I'd like to be.

I've maintained my 159 lbs and 32-34 waistline for several months now. Not bad at all, considering the time I spend working on my chair. :)

I stay in pretty good shape, i usually get into the gym for an hour, 4 days a week. That's all it really takes, is 45min to an hour 3 or 4 times a week, and try and keep your diet decent.
