I need to loose about 15-20lbs! that would be perfect for me, I'm 5' 10" and 185, 165-170 is perfect for me. Just to much good food around!:(

For sure, just sucked that I had to learn the hard way when I was younger.
I always do better/gain more wieght when I eat at home tho.. love home cooked meals.. but I admit to being lazy so the ordered lunches etc.. dont help...

my problem is completely annoying. i know it all, know exactly what i need to do, know exactly what i should be eating, how i should be training etc.. and dont do it. :) i go in cycles... intense focus... get burned out... intense focus... get burned out etc.

right now i am working out again for the 4th week. starting to see some strength come back and feeling better everyday. diet is not completely under control (er... its actually 100% out of control) but i am starting to rein everything in and get back on track.

by december i want to be squatting 500 (deep) and dead lifting 600 again. not sure how much fat i can lose because eating for mass doesn't really jive with eating to lose fat, but i can lose quite a bit and achieve my goals.

this will be an useful tool to hold me accountable. :)

you're burning out because of the intense focus. Don't be so hardcore on it and gradualy phase into the hard shit. Slowly start cutting calories...work out longer/harder over time

Nah, 80 kg is my goal. I want to go back to the days when I had 8-pack abs and could run for an hour straight without getting tired :)
