Where's the spirit?! R |
If anyone on here is really serious about losing weight, then i can help. I used to weigh 320 pounds about a year ago. Since then, I've lose about 170 pounds. I dont do drugs and I didnt go on any weird programs. Just some good old fashioned diet and exercise. Obviously, my case was a bit more extreme than others, but for those of you who want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds...I can help.
I have some crazy 'before and after' pics that will blow you guys away...let me know if you wanna see 'em. |
Stand up and have some jogging in a park.
|
How much will you pay me if ever? sure I'll win.. hehe

Libertine, how did the weight loss go for you?
I lost about 7 kg / 16 pounds in about 6 weeks in April cause i was extremely motivated, but then regained them and now im back at 88 kg / 195 pounds im quite frustrated with different things at this point of my life so even though i have multum of free time i can't really force myself to do any exercixe or go on diet again / eat healtier |

Back at my old weight, and about to give it another try. Want to be 165 lbs by Christmas, which is a hell of a lot of weight to lose. I finally figured out my biggest problem in losing weight, though: I just can't eat as much anymore as I could when I was 18. Not without gaining weight, anyway. |
so you want to be 75kg? same here... but you said earlier u want to be 80 kg
if i remember correctly, we are both 6 feet, 1.83 cm i have 13 kgs to go, i will start tommorow, seriously (why not today? well, im going to do something downtown and there's a fine restaurant close to the place im going :winkwink: ) |

OK diet starts now
I'm at 88,8 kg / 196 pounds mood is terrible, a few little things got in my way and are delaying my holiday and changing other plans and overall i got some other problems that arent easy to deal either, but if i wait with the weight loss until i get in better mood, there will be no real advantage so im starting the diet now will start with simply eating significantly less than i used to, and then add exercize and jogging etc i know its not healthy etc but well who cares, if you weight too much and eat pizza, drink cola and red bull and sit behind the PC most day its not healthy either till the end of 2007 i gonna be at 75 kg for sure thats a promisse :) |
I lost about 10-15 pounds last year, but when you have as much to lose as I do, it doesn't seem like much, lol. Went to the gym 3x/wk for about month earlier this year and lost another 8 lbs.
Then I put them back on. *sigh* My eating habits never changed, but my activity level did. So anyway, I've been back at the gym for a month now, and I've lost only about 4 lbs, but I can tell I'm gaining muscle, (not that I need much of that; I'm built really solid with a top layer of fat), so I'm not stuck on the scale. I go with a girlfriend, 6 days a week, cardio for 30-40 minutes, and alternating strength training (1 day upper body, next day lower body, abs every day). I've also changed my eating habits this time: like my trainer recommends, 5-6 small meals/day, high protein/low-ish carbs/very low fat, tons of water, no soda. There's a free site called sparkpeople, that you can track your nutrition and exercise on, and start groups and stuff-like a free ediets. Here's my page: http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage.asp?id=CHASINGSIZE12 Maybe we should start a GFY group if several people are interested. The blog is a cool idea, and I'm going to register, but SP can be a food and workout diary and can offer support in planning and tracking. |
ehhh just re-reading my replies in this thread :error :1orglaugh
Libertine, are you at 75 kg? :Oh crap |
