I've had a box with them for a couple years now. I left Split Infinity for Phat Servers and I'm so happy I did. They have some of the best support out of all hosts. I have dedicated boxes with multiple companies and there is no question that PHAT SERVERS has the best support. In over 9 years in the industry, I have yet to find a host with better support.
