This is what I'm getting at. While one person is dragging Zuzana Designs through the mud, others are doing business with her / them and not having any problems. Zuzana Designs has done a lot of work for me, in bulk, with amazing turn around time, and I'm not even sure if we've paid her yet.

I've been through arbitration once. It was with an apartment complex that refused to give me back my deposit because they "paid an outside company to come in and clean my blinds". They even provided a fake receipt from some company not listed in any phone book.

What they didn't know at the time is that my room mate was super hot and was wearing short shorts while cleaning the blinds. Me being who I am, I took some pictures of the event - her on her hands and knees cleaning the blinds, which we removed from the windows and had laid out on the floor. This was 1991, and the picture had a date stamp on it.

I won my $1200 deposit back, plus $1200 in damages because the apartment manager lied about everything AND provided fake documentation during arbitration.

The apartment manager was fired the next day.

FHM, I hope you get your money back. Granted it's not what you paid but it's still better than nothing.

From what I read, there's a history of this M.O. and a few GFY'ers have been detached from their funds from the same 'people' or group.
I'm basing this on a few searches - I can understand some people not being happy with a design but it's more like money & work done don't go together - unless it's two seperate companies using the same name - why do the work and give what people pay for with some contracts and not others?

anyways.. have had problem with sarah (zuzanadesigns) months ago.. a few drama and bullshit that would never happened if they fixed the problem asap..

I've thrown a lot of work Sarahs way and it has always been delivered, fast and top quality. It's seems that these threads that some asshole keeps throwing up are about attacking Toby's work , but to make it hurt Sarah by dragging her company name into it, when as you can see is not on the court doc's. So do us a favor, don't be an asshole!

That is exactly the problem if you let go such discussions on a board. It´s quite easy to slam a company here, but obviously there are huge differences between posted stories and proven facts. So I do not see any need to post the story again.

A webmaster board can not replace courts.

i have a feeling a lot of people on this board would be inclined to move work for adult.com or gfy mods to the front of the queue. im not suprised at all that you and Rochard had fast turnaround and quality work from zuzana or anyone else.

anyone that would deliver shitty work to you guys needs to have their head examined. im not gonna deliver poor quality work to any clients but i can promise you, if you call me up and want 500 dvds encoded in the next 30 days ill go out and buy 10 new boxes and have your work done early and checked over twice before its sent out.

No I didn't read your thread, I can't read everything on gfy. What I stated is my feelings on this subject from personel experience, not from what I read on this or any other board.

rochard i'd do a search for zuzana designs not only on GFY but other boards and see what you come up with i know more than a few companies who have lost money to her and her shannanegins. they were supposed to do some work for us but ended up disappearing luckily we hadn't pre-payed anything. I believe zuzana designs had a section on extreme bullshit which was removed due to the flood of complaints that was flowing through their board.

not sure who in their right mind would trust them after all the threads and all the bullshit thats surfaced time and time again about them...

doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this guy toby used sarah as his cover to get back into the biz, his name was already dirty so had to start fresh, lets see how long it will take for them to pop up under a diff name and rob some more cash from the good people of the adult industry.

But your thread title implicates her company as being a fraud. It's a known fact that 90% of GFY posters only read titles.

For the record, I've used Zuzana on many occasions and I've never prepaid. Her work has always been prompt, high quality and her revisions are made fast. I don't doubt that something happened between you and this other person, but these threads are libelous if not directed at the company as a whole.

Again... Not trying to chew you out or anything, but maybe the title of the thread could have been something a bit different than what it is. As Dre said, he was told not to do biz with Zuzana due to GFY drama. I'm sure it's not the only business she's lost because of these threads.
