It fails the stink test - and it means that the end user has consented to nothing, because there is no way to tell that the user in fact agreed and was aware.

it is another slimey way to operate, and much in keeping with zango's checkered past.

I am not trying to save the world however I do realize that inorder for me to get anything changed I need the support of as many people as I can get.

The problem with this industry is too many people like you. I agree everyone should make sure they have their shit straight but how about giving 1 ounce of effort to help . no i guess that is too much for some people. At the very least, stop all the posts where you try to undermind everything we are doing. I guess it is easier for you to make posts saying stufff like I am trying to tell everyone how to run their business, but you wish me luck :upsidedow thanks.

Wiredguy, in my opinion, you are pulling crabgrass out of your front lawn while the house is burning down. It doesn't matter how good your shit is, you probably lose more sales and more money because of toolbars, spyware, and scammers than anything you can fix on your end.

Cams and dating are two very hot markets on the net right now, and pretty much anywhere you send a zango (or other asterixware) equipped surfer to is going to trigger either a "same company new affiliate code" popup or a popup for a competiting site.

There is no amount of crabgrass you can pull that will make that go away.

The funny thing is that he sends traffic to both AFF and sexsearch. I wonder what his secrets are to getting his house in order ? I am curious does that involve stricking deals with those companies to increase your payouts or do you have some nifty programming that deflects zango from your traffic.

Of all people WG, I though you were smarter then this. Not only did you promote zangocash but you also promoted AFF and Sex search amoung other sites that you would lose sales to from your stupid .40 installs. :upsidedow :warning

I was there when the photo was taken, it was in the registration lineup... I'm standing next to IwantU_Jeff (see the fingers? :1orglaugh)

Everyone sort of randomly walked up and bumped into each other because it was a high traffic area, we all said hello like normal people do, Mike B was already there to take the photo because it was the registration desk and a high traffic area and that is his job, we all smiled like normal people, left and went our seperate ways.

There was no drinks being shared (other than Ramos who jumped in), no business being discussed, no affiliates being laughed at.

Come on people, it was a 10 second photo op, fucking relax.

IwantU still does not support Zango: we don't bid on any terms, and yes the process is still in motion to legally get our trademarked domains out fo their system completely. We also currently don't have any deals going on with any other dating sites.

Does this mean I should avoid anyone who differs in opinion with me at shows ? I'd be better off just not going then. Should I maybe threaten and beat them up instead ? No, I think not.

There is a difference between business and pleasure. Just like there can be a guy who is a total prick on the boards, but is a good guy in real lie - woudl you avoid him at all costs as well ?

I don't feel anything should be thought of of any show photos or industry folks talking to each other at industry shows :2 cents:

I don't think anyone is saying that you should avoid shows or threaten to beat up people. IMO the picture, without knowing what took place before it and after it, it just looked bad. Fuzebox explained the situation which is understandable. You kind of have to put yourself in our position to try to understand why some people would think that looked bad.

Like I said in this thread, maybe it is just me but I don't see the distinction between "business and pleasure". If someone is stealing from my business they are stealing from me. I don't hold it against you and I understand what you are saying and it is nice to know that this picture wasn't taken after hours of drinking togther, or instead of saying "cheese" everyone said "zango".
