Hi Everybody,

Thanks to all of you who sent me their info and moneys owed by paymonde.
The case is now in the hands of a very reputable and influent legal rep. The kind of reputation that makes your knees shake just by the bare mention of his name.
You will all get a generic e-mail with complete details along with information on what really happened to paymonde and where our money went.
Please contact me if you want to be part of this. You're still on time.

There continue to be sporadic reports of Paymonde actually disbursing some funds, but they are just that --- sporadic and unconfirmed. The vast majority of their clients remain unpaid and unable to access their information on the now defunct Paymonde site. It's been over a month since most people received a single cent!

Miura 12-01-2006 08:41 AM

I was paid 30% on my money two weeks ago and two guys in our group got 2k each. I'm up to date on payments but I won't let anybody down. They have paid out several others as well. They still owe me 7k. The story isn't over yet...

Thank you, Alex! Some of us -- notably those who brought the Paymonde fraud to the attention of a larger public (esp. the estimable Barefootsies) -- have NOT been paid nor have we been given access to our members database. I think we all understand that the only way these sleazy low-life scumbags will ever fulfill their obligations is through legal action. How sad is that?

But there's a bright side. They are finished finished finished in this business. People like me and Barefootsies and Webby and, you, Alex will make sure that they never have an opportunity again to rip-off hard-working and dedicated webmasters.

At this point, Howie and Nort and the rest of the sleazebags have ONE chance. They can pay what they owe and communicate fully with ALL ex-Paymonde webmasters OR they can spend the rest of their lives being outed as thieves and thugs on this and a hundred other forums.

2 Miura:
Sorry to post it on the board, but don't see other ways out.
Alex, what's up?
I send you emails from my main and even from another email addresses during a MONTH! All of em are unresponded, although earlier you had no problems with my messages.
Be so kind to respond me. My ID at paymonde is 1386, hope you still have my email address from our previous correspondence.

[email protected] is NOT my email address and I DO respond to everybody.

Legal action takes time, especially when the case goes cross border. The holidays have just finished and some lawyers don't even start working until January 7th. I understand that some of you would really like to see their money now, but I can't make things go any faster.

Has anybody taken legal/criminal action and got faster result? Even Canadians? I think not. If so, please share the experience.

The second post was to att. Vince Charlton from iConsultPay.com, and it was with quote from his message.

Legal action takes time - it is understandable. However let me say that even the only response to all numerous emails to you (to your CORRECT address: porn - pamporn - com) during the month - might much take the strain off. Let me hope we will have no problems with emails in future.

RegUser 01-08-2007 04:32 PM

i have heard of two other webmasters being paid partially last month. And thats about it. Nothing afterwards.

My web host had its DNS servers down for three weeks. (Affinity inc.) and my e-mail worked on and off. Sorry about that guys.

RegUser 01-09-2007 04:24 PM

so what the f are they upto?
they are not getting money form the banks or is it a plan to gobble up last few pennies and get lost?

Calico Jack 01-10-2007 04:02 AM

Well it's been .5 months since I last recieved a dime from them.
Anyone got any news on the situation? Anyone been paid out in the last couple of weeks?

JFK 01-10-2007 04:26 AM

100 Legal actions.........

samo 01-10-2007 08:59 AM

Paymonde got their money from the bank last month, in full! They just want to keep it all. Someday, somehow, I pray to god I cross path with Howard or Norton. God help them when that day comes. As for me, I have sold all my adult sites, thanks to Paymonde.

Calico Jack 01-10-2007 03:26 PM

Your're kidding me? They got fully paid out last month? Has anyone of us seen a cent of what's owing? I'm still owed 2k that would have come in very handy over Christmas.

The "news" is that NO news is NOT good news. The days pass into weeks into months and the thugs at Paymonde continue to get away with stealing our money.

Sadly, I cannot speak to any "news" concerning legal action against these criminals leading to the restitution of our hard-earned funds. With all due respect, the originator of this post has been strangely reticent to comment concerning what progress (if any) has been or is being made.

I'm sick and tired of getting blasted. I didn't ask anybody for money or anything else but patience. Think you can make the international legal proceedings go faster between December and January? Well go for it!

If you are too impatient and can't handle it, I suggest you take action on your own instead of blaming me of not acting fast enough for you.
I should have shut my mouth. That'll teach me. Good luck to you Mr Mee.

They will do exactly that and 70% of the numbnuts who got fucked over by them before will use them again and then when they get fucked over this time, say they never saw it coming.

A lot of idiots in this industry that will never learn. Just the same way they will do business with other known scammers and then bitch when they get fucked over. Billing, designers, coders, content producers... it's all the same, and the idiots about will use them over and over and over again.

Only suggestion I got is do not trust any processor with your funds unless they can show evidence of security for your money in the event of their demise.

The fact is most processors can not do this - they act as a bank and have no measures in place should they go bust. That insecurity includes the "biggest" processors downwards and it's only a matter of time who goes bust next.

There are a couple of processors who do provide security - it's worth checking em out. Their biz model "should" be a basic requirement for *any* TTP - no exceptions.
