For even better results UNDERSTAND (dont just read about) the Glycemic Index (learn here http://www.glycemicindex.com/) Now you can do the math before you put shit in your mouth and understand what something like cardio can actually do for your metabolism (along with burning the few hundred calories that seem to take forever to burn!) Last but not least, put things in fast forward with PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS No needles required, and you can order the fat burners all online (Clenbuterol & Albuterol)... pretty much like a 24 hour ephedrine fix. READ THE ARTICLES AND STUDIES THEM BEFORE YOU BASH THEM PLEASE. You might just end up ordering some. If you won't touch those things because of the "stigma" associated with steroids yet smoke cigs, drink alcohol, take recreational drugs then ask yourself... "Are my priorities in order?" looks like you've made some improvements but with a real gym you'd have made MUCH better muscle gains imo.

Sticky that is a decent start, but you are going to make a lot better progress if you lift weights, three or four days per week. You need more muscle to burn more calories even when you are resting. Tighten up the diet a bit (no drinks with calories, ie just water and tea, just healthy food) and stay active and you will make more progress.

I just joined the gym again last night and just got back from a 45 min cardio workout. I want to just run and get myself moving again before i start the lifting . I have to say that i like Zoe's workout and think I'll do a modified version of it. I have to say that in the past year she has really improved her body.
Sticky .. I think you have had some improvement but in pic 2 you can tell that your sucking in a bit and trying to flex the chest and arms .. yo can see it in your Neck that your flexing.. that makes it hard to tell the true progress because your not flexing in the first pic .. |

yoga & pilates ... can be done anywhere, anytime using your own body to create/increase resistance. I started purely to balance out the effects of sitting on my ass for 12 hours a day & to help my digestion & stress levels, but its been effective as a toning tool as well ;-)
