Lets break this down...

Now, of course it could fluctuate. Some days you could make $2k and others $4k and it would even out. Anyways...

Doing this on revshare would take years to build up enough recurring members so lets focus on PPS.

• $35 PPS it would take 78 joins per day
• $40 PPS it would take 68 joins per day
• $50 PPS it would take 54 joins per day
• $100 PPS it would take 27 joins per day

Lets say on average, with your $35 PPS sponsor, that you're converting at 1:650. You would need 50,700 unique visitors daily that constantly convert at least 1:650 consectively for 1 year.


So yeah, If you had enough sites pushing PPS with say atleast 200k unique visitors daily across the board and converted consectively under 1:1000. You could make a mill.

That's 50,700 sent to a sponsor. Consider about one in 10-20 clicks through to a sponsor ( 1 in 4..? gl w/ that! ) and you need about 500k-1million uniques a day to your site(s).

Im happy I stick to mainly recurring, things change its pretty fucked up when a SE change, Gallery listing get harder or other things change you go from kaing say 10k a week to 500 I sure hope others dont make this mistake, and yes it could happen to anyone it happened to the best guys in the biz

You're right I didn't account for the sponsor CTR. Plus lets factor in all the other bullshit. Non-targeted traffic (at 500k uniques you're bound to be untargeted at some point). Seeing as porn viewing happens mostly during work hours lets factor in click offs and random shutdowns. The human factor lol.

You'd need atleast 1/4 extra traffic just to make up non-interested parties.

I still think its doable with a big enough niche (notice I said niche not random porn) and TARGETED traffic. Strictly with PPS if the payout was $35 or above.

If you're an IwantU affiliate look at the top sponsor every month. He does like 90k a month clearly PPS at $35. No idea how he does it but its doable.

That affiliate is actually on 70% Revshare, not PPS. Revshare always makes more in the long-run then any of our other programs, we obviously set them at less money than we make from one average paying member (we're not in the business to lose money :winkwink: )

If you tracked their progress the first few months they made about 10K, then 25K, then 50K, then 70K, then ~100K...would keep going up if they didn't have some issues keeping their traffic steady :)

And some of the best had millions of dollars of recurring members built up and lost them because the website or 3rd party processor went out of business.

It is nice to have a little rebilling income for situations like you said, but I prefer the majority of it pay me now. If you go out of business the most you are getting from me is 1 check, not thousands of dollars of future sales.

You really can't even base it by how many joins an affiliate sends to a program. Remember that they've probably paid a shitload in buying traffic, adwords, etc. in order to get those joins. I'm sure there are a handful of affiliates making $1mil in actual income a year doing just adult, but I'd bet it's not many. 6 figures is a very easily obtainable mark - 7 figures, notsomuch.
