Well, it looks like someone has somehow managed to log into my account and sent the money to their epassporte account. I dont think epassporte could just ship the money back to me like that because for all they know Im the one who actually sent the money.

What they did was to block my account and the other person and I filled out a dispute form.

WTF? There seems to be more robbing then one.
Zacsoft, did you get money from "EM_Newprosoft.com" and "GiorgittaJasmin" for some services ?
It looks like your account was used to collect money from all these robbed accounts and then transfered into account of "LIFLVDAU"

When i call yesterday and talk for 40 miutes after waiting something like 30 minutes to get an operator, one of the things the operator do was block the account of LIFLVDAU after i demand he or she robbed to me too.

Like i see, somebody got some passwords of accounts of epassporte, put all the money to another hacked accounts, and another hacked accounts (washing the transactions) and send to his account the money. Maybe LIFLDAU got the same problem of us, maybe he is the person who robbed us.

Thats really one huge robbing action. 3-4 people accounts robbed at once, epassporte must have some serious security problems or some insider is
helping with such actions.
I dont belive someone can hack without problems 3-4 unknow people computers to get their login details.

Congrats, epassporte could be the best payment service online but they are killing themselfs with such actions. Customersupport doesnt even exist and michael seems to be the only one in the office down there.. :disgust

I do that too. I'd rather get interest on the money then let it sit in epass where they probably get the interest.

zacboy 02-13-2007 10:54 AM

Yes, i do that too, but sometimes you need to pay something and use the money of the epassporte, i pay the programs and partners i got with that...

fucked up stuff... it seems to be a common problem, at least 5 people in this thread had their accounts hacked :(

Call, emails, fax but nothing work...

I got in the business a lot of years, change the passwords periodically and NEVER use he same password in the epassporte and another thing.

I knew exactly what programs were doing it because I sign up to each program with it's own unique email address. I couldn't prove shit because they weren't sending the emails from their domains so...

The moral of my rant is to be careful with your emails from sites claiming to be epass or any other online banking system and don't ever use the same password you use for epass for any programs you sign up to. Theres some grimy shit going on around here!

Well i speak with michael and he told me this:

Michael (ePassporte) (06:14 PM) :
We will try to recover them if possible but if its already transferred out of the system it can be difficult.

I think the person who made this, made the transactions and take the money out in the same moment so i dont got a lot of hope to get my money back :(

So this robbing of few epassporte accounts at once didnt happened for the first time. Nice

teomaxxx 02-13-2007 03:40 PM

Epassporte response to this situation:

"We have received notice the following transfers from your account XXX
to another ePassporte account were made unauthorized: XXX
No funds are available for any recovery. For your information, ePassporte
can not held liable for any p2p transfer losses. This is manifested in our
Terms & Conditions. However, we shall always assist cardholders with the
recovery funds. The recipients' account has been terminated "

Guy with epassporte username "LIFLVDAU" robbed all these people for around 2.5k and probably withdrew it from ATM imediately, so Epassporte isnt able to retrive money back.
I have just one question, how one can withdraw from ATM by epassporte card 2.5k in one day, when there is limit 500 usd. For higher limit, even for bigger P2P transactions, everyone must provide to epassporte his own ID card.
It didnt happen this for the first time, I would really like to hear what Eppasporte is doing to prevent it in the future.

96ukssob 02-13-2007 03:53 PM

i dont think its as much hacking as it is password guessing. people are lazy and use the same passwords for everything, so when you find one, usually you get them all.

i remember a while back i got an email from some guy saying he hand 1000's of affiliate information that he got from a mysql db hack. i tried to call his bluff but he replied with all my personal info, including user name, password, social security, etc.

fucked up tho, hope you get your money back

tenderobject 02-13-2007 04:00 PM

this is totally fucked up.. goodthing we're trying to make epass as the last resort for client payments even though its kinda pain in the ass for our clients. but still good for both bussinesses. hope epass could sort this things.. especially tthis "For your information, ePassporte
can not held liable for any p2p transfer losses."

i remember someone from gfy scammed us for a camera sent 550 after a few days the guy gone i didn;t able to get my money but michael make sure the epass would be close/suspend. bad thing is the guy uses a sponsor free epass account fuck it! for sure he is still promoting that well known sponsor :(

zacboy 02-13-2007 04:00 PM

I Dont understand a lot of things, in this moment i got blocked the access to my account, my wife account and my another account (i made one two days ago because my actually card expire in some months). I pay for it, i never use, i lost money with this problem and got the same questions of you.

And now im looking how i can get my money of the pays with the sponsors in the next days because i got all accounts blocked!

Somebody in epassporte can check i use epassporte for years with no problems before and now we lost money and we lost the accounts, that no make sense for me.

So the robber got the money, he dont care if he lost 35U$S in create another account... (maybe he got a lot of accounts and do this since a lot of time ago). I lost three cards, money and will got more problems because the 15th will receive money from the sponsors...

This is more big that we think...

I use the password of Epassporte ONLY in epassporte. The password is a random combination of nothing specially, like put: "ads23749hf" as password. Dont got any shit on my computer and im very carefully with the security thinks with my bank accounts.

I got bank accounts and never got a problem, use another cards on internet and dont got any problem NEVER.

Im very distrusted about all this... Do you think why today epassporte in all the morning dont enter?

This morning when you put in the IE epassporte.com receive 404 error. Maybe a security problem dont you think?

And Michael is trying to find a solution to my problem, maybe he is the only one there can try to make something with the problems... i expect he can solve unless recover my three accounts before the 15th.

In this moment i fuck up...

zacboy 02-13-2007 04:12 PM

teomaxxx are you get robbed too? what is your id?

Be carefull about making allegations like this... using a unique email to signup to a sponsor will NOT prove they sell the lists etc. The server could have a security hole.. The software they're using could have a flaw (I suspect at least one of having this problem).. and you have to remember that those email addresses also often make their way to "partners" such as the processors. I'd suggest you take all of that into account. Also, try signing up to some paysites using unique email addresses and note which processor is being used and then watch if/when spam starts coming in.

it doesn't matter if they give the email to others on purpose or if there is a hole in their security, It will help me fight spam:
to those sponsors I would like to give a certain email address of mine, then in Outook I will make a rule of which IF the email sender to that email address is NOT that sponsor ( or others that are known to have security holes ) - It deletes it.

come to think of it I should do that with an email address of mine I choose for receiving emails from sponsors.
I should of thought of that earlier.

Wrong my password for epass was one of its kind the only place it was stored was at epass.

I few people have said this also. So is someone inside epass itself getting richer ? that should be the question.

sorry to hear about that man, its a shame to because any other program like epassporte would seek legal action and get the money back. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if random user accounts are stolen by the owners of epass. It is so lame that they do not do shit to get your money back. This is not the first thread about stolen money. Epassporte is shit.

What the hell ??
How can a company like epass , who is managing that amount of money, such security issues .. ??

It's like a 10 year old is the manager of that firm.
Security should be top priority of a company who operates with money!
Loss of money should be paid out of their pocket!

Amateur shit!

That's for sure. There was a massive atack against Epassporte ( http://www.gambling911.com/Online-Ga...ws-021407.html ) and NETeller ( http://www.gambling911.com/Unauthori...ls-021307.html )

We are not only few adult webmasters who got their epass accounts hacked.

pocketkangaroo 02-15-2007 05:32 AM

Hope you get your money back. I guess it's a lesson of sorts not to keep money in your ePassporte account. In fact, not to even get payments from it if you don't have to. It's why I love checks and wires.

Exactly. Doing such robbing actions using several accounts at once (and this didnt happened for the first time) rather implies that epass had some serious security issues or there are some insiders doing this. I dont belive that some Joe Hacker is going after computers of unknow people and can get easily their epass passwords.
That Joe Hacker was able to withdraw from ATM by epassporte card at least 2.5k in one day (according to your screenshot), when there is limit 500 usd for normal account.
For higher limit, even for bigger P2P transactions, everyone must provide to Epassporte his own ID card. So Epassporte has his ID, however they do shit about it and they dont even show in this thread anymore.
Nothing against Micheal from Epassporte, he is really helpful here, but he is only some guy there at Epassporte.
