I knew exactly what programs were doing it because I sign up to each program with it's own unique email address. The only thing I don't know is if the program owners were just selling the email lists with my email addy in it or actually sending those emails themselves. I couldn't prove shit because they weren't sending the emails from their domains so...

Be carefull about making allegations like this... using a unique email to signup to a sponsor will NOT prove they sell the lists etc. The server could have a security hole.. The software they're using could have a flaw (I suspect at least one of having this problem).. and you have to remember that those email addresses also often make their way to "partners" such as the processors. I'd suggest you take all of that into account. Also, try signing up to some paysites using unique email addresses and note which processor is being used and then watch if/when spam starts coming in.

it doesn't matter if they give the email to others on purpose or if there is a hole in their security, It will help me fight spam:
to those sponsors I would like to give a certain email address of mine, then in Outook I will make a rule of which IF the email sender to that email address is NOT that sponsor ( or others that are known to have security holes ) - It deletes it.

come to think of it I should do that with an email address of mine I choose for receiving emails from sponsors.
I should of thought of that earlier.

Wrong my password for epass was one of its kind the only place it was stored was at epass.

I few people have said this also. So is someone inside epass itself getting richer ? that should be the question.

split_joel 02-14-2007 12:09 PM

hope it works out for you

sorry to hear about that man, its a shame to because any other program like epassporte would seek legal action and get the money back. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if random user accounts are stolen by the owners of epass. It is so lame that they do not do shit to get your money back. This is not the first thread about stolen money. Epassporte is shit.

Epass even accused me of hacking the first persons account :thumbsup

Now thats customer service

What the hell ??
How can a company like epass , who is managing that amount of money, such security issues .. ??

It's like a 10 year old is the manager of that firm.
Security should be top priority of a company who operates with money!
Loss of money should be paid out of their pocket!

Amateur shit!

travelingmike 02-14-2007 01:07 PM

fuck them..... they were hacked... big time... but refuse to say shit about it.... numbers always busy.... no returned e mails..... this is bullshit

kapopoy 02-14-2007 02:20 PM

did u guys ever think that a broke epass employee do this shit?

That's for sure. There was a massive atack against Epassporte ( http://www.gambling911.com/Online-Ga...ws-021407.html ) and NETeller ( http://www.gambling911.com/Unauthori...ls-021307.html )

We are not only few adult webmasters who got their epass accounts hacked.

pocketkangaroo 02-15-2007 05:32 AM

Hope you get your money back. I guess it's a lesson of sorts not to keep money in your ePassporte account. In fact, not to even get payments from it if you don't have to. It's why I love checks and wires.

bohous 02-15-2007 06:12 AM

Hope they help you guys and prevent any future problems for all of us.

Adultnet 02-15-2007 06:16 AM

I use the password of Epassporte ONLY in epassporte. The password is a random combination of nothing specially, like put: "ads23749hf" as password. Dont got any shit on my computer and im very carefully with the security thinks with my bank accounts.

Exactly. Doing such robbing actions using several accounts at once (and this didnt happened for the first time) rather implies that epass had some serious security issues or there are some insiders doing this. I dont belive that some Joe Hacker is going after computers of unknow people and can get easily their epass passwords.
That Joe Hacker was able to withdraw from ATM by epassporte card at least 2.5k in one day (according to your screenshot), when there is limit 500 usd for normal account.
For higher limit, even for bigger P2P transactions, everyone must provide to Epassporte his own ID card. So Epassporte has his ID, however they do shit about it and they dont even show in this thread anymore.
Nothing against Micheal from Epassporte, he is really helpful here, but he is only some guy there at Epassporte.

You would think someone from epassporte would come into this thread to stop allegations of hacking woundn't you? unless they did get hacked

James_Hotmovies 02-15-2007 06:42 AM

I've been using epass for a while and have never had a problem.

I've had two affiliates that got hacked and lost money over the course of that time.

just have read the story, what bad news about epass..

Zester 02-15-2007 02:15 PM

this would be a good time for someone from epass to tell us what the hell is going on

split_joel 02-15-2007 03:28 PM

They will not respond again, and if they do it will be some lame excuse about how its out of there control.

nordberg25 02-15-2007 05:33 PM

This is bullshit, my account was hacked into back in mid 2006 the guy got $500. Then I changed my username and password opened a new account, with a username that I never use for anything, and a password that is random numbers and letters. I told them when I opened the new account that I specifically wanted all p2p transfers blocked. They set me up with a limited account and that was one of the limitations.

I am convinced this is an inside job, I get payments at all different times of the month, so what, somebody logs in every day, and just happens to log in right when I get paid? No f'ing way. Somebody on the inside would have had to unblock my p2p transfer limitation, and know when I got a big transfer loaded to my account, as I always pull my money out as soon as it gets there. This scumbag new about the funds before I did, and I initiated the payments to my account they day before.

They just got away with another 1350 dollars. They should be 100% responsible for this as my account was set up as a limited account. I will never use epassporte again, one hack is enough, but twice. Absolute bullshit.

Is there any legal action here or is this just another offshore legality bs issue. Epassporte is a pretty big company, I can't see how this can go on, and on, and on. Their security is prehistoric imo.

rapmaster 02-15-2007 05:57 PM

Thanks fr the heads up everyone, cancelling my account immediately.
