Up to $3 Million. I figured $3M to $3.5M considering it's eBay. Looks like it might go higher. Depends on how many qualified buyers even know this auction exists.

I wonder why this was put on eBay and not sold through Sothebys or another major auction house?

Forensicly no other option contains the merit to justify an alternate possibility. For some time I was one of those that thought for sure it was not just Oswald shooting, after research and tossing out any preconceived conspiracy notions the forensics won.
