This REALLY fucking sucks.
I have stomach flu, and haven't eaten anything but a few dry crackers and a puny bowl of boiled rice since Saturday. I could MURDER a burger right now, and some fries!!!! The worst thing is, there is a deli about 30-secs from my house, and they make awesome homemade burgers :( Really sux. |

Hats off to American farmers and ranchers. They don't get as much acclaim and respect as they deserve. These people, a very very small fragment of the US population, has managed to feed millions of Americans and people all over the world very efficiently and very cheaply. American agriculture has a lot to teach the rest of the world. Amazing efficiency of scale and production which leads to cheap prices thereby making this thread's topic possible.
