It's easier just to get your own installer built and put your own codes into people's computers. Solves the problem outright. If they are paying $1 per install, trust me, they are worth more than $1.

A few weeks back I was signing with some affiliates because I needed a bunch of sponsors for something I am working on, during that week I received a few ICQ's like you described.

Some out of the blue for affiliates, or programmers. They were already talking to me like midsentence, and without introducing themselves. They spoke broken English at best, and my responses were pretty much the same as yours with the, "who are you", and "wtf's".

I also had a few programs I was interested in promoting, but once I talked to their rep, I decided against it. If you can't handle the English language, then how are you going to handle my money?!?!!
