I won't disagree with that. :)

Ya the grill is gone now, and I'm not running a bigger IC because I am running a big shot of methanol, which cools the intake charge enough that I don't even really need an intercooler

Plus I'm getting the side vents painted black, and replacing the rear drag radials with some 335 road rubber :) I need to get my HKS cams and big plenum intake next... then take it to Seattle and drive the SIR :)

Are you sure you have a 2006 m3? because they gave you the 2003 mirror and rims.

maybee its just how the pics are taken/resized, but those rims look like the 2003 and i have never seen a roundish mirror in a long time! post more pics.

venus 03-06-2007 11:48 PM

I dont have any pics of my car and truck yet but I just got a 2006 Chrysler 300c and last week got the 2007 Ford F250 turbo diesel

Pete-KT 03-06-2007 11:51 PM

I've got the 2006 Dodge Ram
http://www.cream18.com/truck/img2.jpg

Which is used to tow the boat
http://www.samscash.com/boat/HPIM0378.JPG

and the 2003 Corvette
http://www.cream18.com/cars/S4200065.JPG

Just picked up the 2007 H3x fun lil hummer to play with, Pics coming soon

venus 03-06-2007 11:57 PM

I looked at the dodge ram also before getting my truck, the 1500 like yours just did not have enough power to tow much, the chevy silverado is just a plain ugly truck, so I finally decided to go with the Ford 4x4 super duty F250 turbo diesel.... really nice truck so far.. I have 1800 miles on it now after my trip to San Diego

That sucks, often problems with the diff from what i've heard. You dont happen to have a spare supercharger laying around do you? :)

Naw I ordered it in Feb of '06, was the 2nd to last m3 order that BMW Bellevue took (and consequently the second to last e46 m3 order). The car arrived with 3.8 miles on it, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't used... maybe one of those infamous Craigslist rollback vehicles :upsidedow

I had the guy spend a month tracking down a wood trim option, because I wouldn't be caught dead with the aluminim or CF options.

Not sure about the mirrors ... they look like every other m3 mirror I've ever seen?

The rims, I got the 18" stock wheels for two reasons: 1.) I really don't like the stock 19's (but do like the CSL 19's), and 2.) seattle's streets fucking suck and the ride is stiff enough with the 18's... I actually test drove both 19's and 18's and liked the general feel & handling of the 18's better. The 19's feel like an afterthought to meet market demands.

what other trim options look '03? Maybe they were getting to the bottom of the parts bin, lol :1orglaugh

Sorry about the pics - that's GFY's auto-resize feature :disgust
