But I can't make that deal. If it's going to be over a long time period like that, the average bonus per join has to be less or you need a shorter time period. The bonus you're asking for is about US$20k - or an average of $20 per join over an indefinite time period ($55 PPS). It would simply not be a profitable deal over the long run.

For a deal like this to happen you'd have to either ask for a lower PPS or shorten the time period significantly.

Dont be disheartened - I have no problem with HUGE bonuses. As mentioed above, we are still negotiating a deal where the bonus would be a $175,000 Ferrari 360 Modena.
