I know exactly where that is... it's not THAT close to ASU.

All the hotties have cars, dude. I don't see a problem.

But I know where it is too and there's a fucking awesome burrito joint like a block away. We need to do lunch there again.

But, that is a SUPER nice neighborhood. It will be easy getting hotties to make the drive.

Wow thats a surprise after reading the title.

I never understand why people jump the gun on stuff like this. All it takes now is the person selling it to catch wind how excited you are about it and jack the price, or cancel the purchase agreement if they are some religious freak who doesn't want their house to be used for that, neighbors can find out what the house is being used for and cause a stink before the sale, etc.. lots of possibilities can happen. :upsidedow :warning
