I'm eating lighter/healthier (and breakfast which I never do and way less at night) and walking my dog more often, nothing special this time I'm afraid.
Part of my secret technique is I'm out of all tasty food/snacks so I figure until I eat all the healthy stuff piled up like tuna cans and other stuff I won't go buy any groceries - and won't order out :)
